Chronic Pain Management

Our Exercise Physiologists will undertake a detailed assessment of the history of your pain, to help define the causes, symptoms and aspects of your daily life which could be contributing factors to your pain condition. From the assessment we will tailor a specific exercise plan to meet your individual needs and capabilities.

Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

We provide exercise advice specific to musculoskeletal conditions and injuries including rehabilitation pre and post-surgery. Our exercise programs aim to address the mechanical component of injury with a focus on retraining functional movement to assist you with returning to activities.

Heart Disease Management

If you have cardiac disease or are at risk for it, exercise can make a significant difference in your health. At Maximise Movement our exercise physiologists understand the importance exercise has on managing cardiovascular disease and use specific forms of exercise to reduce or reverse your individual issues.
